  1. My Commentary as I hear it:

Teehee, you talked about Twilight. :p

Twitter: I have a twitter, I tweet every few days about random stuff, never “where I am” or etc… I tweeted when my grandma died… Most of my posts are random, stuff like random questions… I don't have enough stalkers — I mean, uh, followers — to actually get a reply on any of my tweets, lol

M Night Shamalan: Seen 6th Sense, Signs, the Village, Lady in the Water, the Happening
HOW THE HELL can you not have seen signs? Also, he puts himself in all of his movies.
Most of his movies are kind of lame in general, but they're still entertaining.

The Happening, it's not the wind, it's the plants, lol… there are plants that can release specific pollen to attract some kind of insect to eat the catterpillars that eat the plant, SO the logic behind the movie is that all the plants of the world are doing it to save themselves from the human race…

I was OBSESSED with (the cartoon series) Airbender, I loved the whole series. I'm already pretty concerned with what he's doing to that.

Transformers 2 was the lamest movie ever… Optimus Prime is a red, white, and blue Semi to represent patriotism, and the USA kicks it out, lol

Tim Burton married Helena Bonam-Carter (spelling?) and is “best friends” with Johnny Depp, the 3 of them are all good at “Goth” … SWEENY TODD is the Barber one. I loved it a lot… And yes, Tim Burton did it, and Helena was in it. 🙂 It was an awesome movie.

The day the earth stood still (new one) … I would've loved to have been in on the writing for this movie, 'cause I could've made it so much better…

For the email, can't you just put “email: podcast at (ourwebsite)” and let people do the math themselves? :p

  2. Plants? FUCKING PLANTS? After hearing that I now would rather watch Al
Gore's movie than watch that nonsense. That kinda makes me want to
    rage a bit.

Maybe on the email. But it goes back to my point of, if you listen to
the show, then you know the email.

    Derek

  3. I'm a fan of twitter, mostly because the people(podcasters) I follow are interesting, and every now and then some good conversations will go on. I'll tweet things like “mini-reviews” on games/anime, but sometimes I'll post videos that I found to be funny, or just comment on game news for exmample: Arc Rise Fantasia's horrible English dub.

Now facebook on the otherhand, I can't stand that shit!

  4. I can understand the hate for all the social networking; it's needlessly time-consuming and a good deal of everything written is out of context and empty … I created a facebook account back around when it first appeared, had it for three years, and simply grew weary of it, ultimately destroying it (and no, I don't mean I simply stopped logging on) …

That being said, I like the concise nature of Twitter. I like following news, SOME shows, and a VERY SMALL group of people, avoiding those chronically posting on their bodily functions and matters of equivalent or lesser significance …

I really enjoyed these last two shows, guys. I might go back and try finishing Robotrek just to try to make sense of the story with an adult mind. Looking forward to the FFIII shows.

  5. Maybe you could make more sense of it with your adult brain than we
did, considering the manchild brains that is retrorpg.net
